I scrolled back through my whole history on this app (that I come and go from) and I guess my starting weight back in 2010 when I was 24 years old, was 162.4. Obviously I wasn't happy with that weight then, because I wouldn't have signed up otherwise. But I suppose it was *slightly* encouraging to see that I have only gained about 10-12 pounds in the 13 years since, and after having two children. I have always been a taller curvy hourglass, even when I was in high school and a size 6. My body is just built that way, and I know I'll never be rail thin. I think I would just like to get back to 160. That would put me in a better BMI spot and a better place heart-health-wise. Thoughts?
