hi, I’ve re-downloaded this app after 2 years I’m quite upset as id lost a lot of weight mainly during quarantine but i’ve gained most of it back now and i just feel hopeless and like all that hard was was for nothing i’m back where i started
60.3 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

If it makes you feel better, I am the same weight as you. In jan 2021 I was 66kg. All we can do is keeping chipping away at it. Food and exercise wise. Good luck

Hi!!The most important thing is that U can start again. But now U should consider doing things in a different way. For instance U could follow an eating plan and creating habits that let u continue once you get the weight U want. I think this is the most common mistake when we lose weight. Hope this help u✨

thank you for your advice everyone! yes i’m trying to do things more sustainably this time not too large of a calorie deficit and loose weight not too quickly so i can actually keep the weight of this time my target is to get somewhat close to my goal weight before i start uni end of september ❤️

Hi, I joined Slimming World last June and have lost 4st 5lb. I used FS previously and have downloaded again. I'm interested in how much fat I'm consuming now too. Good luck

losing 4st is amazing! i previously lost 2 and a half but then gained 1 back so am trying to lose it again and maybe more if I can hopefully keep up with this

Thanks, I use this app. alongside SW, to see the calories consumed and also so I can keep a track of my fat intake. Good luck with your weight loss
