I know, I havent checked in for a while. But I am doing ok.. trying to decide what diet beside HCG will help me lose more wieght. I have to stay off the HCG for a while, because I read your body can become immune to the hormone and then it will not work. So, I am studying other diets right now, and trying to not relapse back to my old eating habits.
