Day 16, Keto mod, Body fat 38.5%, Elipticle L2 45 min. Breakfast omelette, coffee w half and half; lunch tuna salad and diet coke, dinner smoked turkey and vegies with salad dressing, sugar free jello. vitamins at dinner. EL-B.
68.7 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
