Had a good workout last night. Getting 270 to 300 grams of protein, with only 50 grams coming from whey.

PB Leg Extensions 200lbs
PB Leg Curls 105lbs
PB Deadlift 245lbs
PB Squat 275lbs
144.0 kg Lost so far: 35.7 kg.    Still to go: 53.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
