Talk about messing with my head. I had shoulder surgery one week ago today. When I weighed myself earlier in the week I was 10 lbs up! I have stuck to my diet, so I read around and found out that weight gain after surgery is normal. I guess it has to do with inflammation and water retention. All I know is that it's annoying.
