yaaay came back from the gym a few hours ago.. its sooo hot and sticky outside yuck.. but it feels great to know i weigh exactly 146.0 today!! hope you guys and girls are also doin great!! :)

66.2 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg. Still to go: 7.3 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
