Hi everyone Having a bit of a tough day stress a bit high hope can sort out the massive bill have to pay … No fault of my own no use dwelling … expecting a call back will see … doing intermittent fasting and calorie controlled low carb but no weight loss in two days feel stuck want to be in 70s range again … any suggestion on speeding weight loss other than exercise ( can’t do it) the fasting period is 18 hours ….
