Thanks...I am in the yellow on the bar graph. I'm not sure where the cut off is that changes the colors on your progress. But for me the real progress is that I had to buy a second belt.
Was very busy this morning and weighed myself before walking 3 miles. Then I weighed myself after walking and was 1.5 pounds less. Did not think i would lose that much water weight in this mild sunny weather. Today's walk was awesome in the mountain trails surrounded by all the snow capped mountains. Five months ago I would never imagine being able to walk as much as I can.
