took my 11 year old nephew out for his birthday 'excursion'. We walked for 3 hours all over Chinatown and found a cool Puzzle store and bought his birthday gift there. Then we had Mexican food while I told him the history of the old days in our city, Victoria. I ate a quesadilla and had a decaf Americano. That was all. No cake or over-indulgence. We had a great day, I got my exercise and controlled my eating while have fun with my little genius nephew. FUN!
