Happy to see some payoff reflected on the scale this morning. Got my 15 miles in yesterday. Thought of 100 reasons not to go - the hardest part of the ride (or any exercise probably) is getting out the door. It would be great to see 150 on the scale - it's been a few years, since before my last pregnancy for sure. At that point, I think I might feel secure enough to start Phase II.
68.9 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You're doing a great job! Congrats on getting out the door to exercise. That is *definitely* the hardest part. You're so close to 150, I'm sure you'll be there soon. (PS- have a great celebration tomorrow, though.)

Awesome on the miles( is that on a bike or walk/running) either way your my hero and your so close to your goal
