It's more of a weekly fluctuation though.....to set me up for the weekend😊
Originally, I started with a low-cal Thursdays.... I don't notice it at all now and IF I do get hungry, I drink coffee or tea with the sugar substitute and or I very dilute veggie bouillon broth .
