Thanks everyone for the support. I think I am the only person on FS that weighs myself with my clothes on... including shoes. I started that way because the VA always weighed me fully clothed. I just wanted some consistency with how the VA recorded my weight. I checked once a few weeks ago and there is about a 5 pound difference with no clothes. But seriously, I don't even consider the scale as the proper tool to measure weight loss if your active. I'm sure some people are gaining muscle mass and upset that the scale does not move.

Clothes come off. Even ask at the doctors office if I can take them off and they laugh. Not sure what they're laughing about. :~)
