Leg Day. I wasn't really looking forward to this workout though in some way I was. Some time earlier this year, my left leg locked out while I was lying in bed. I felt a clicking and something wasn't feeling too right. Long story short, there's a loose body in my left knee. Possible degeneration or trauma to the knee (I cannot recall one happening), realizing today it might be cause I'm flat footed 😅 Regardless of this, I completed today's workout with caution and control. Just to be safe now, I don't workout with weights over my shoulders in case my knee locks out while doing Barbell Squats or Standing presses. I did enjoy the hip Thrusts. I haven't done this since May 2022. Loved that 🔥 Foodwise, vector cereal with Almond milk has been my saving grace to get to my calories over the last 3 days. Need to get more of a routine going though so I'm not so dependent on it.
