I'm changing up the way i transform. I'm no longer looking to scale as far as weight loss, because i am going to start lifting again to rebuild muscle that was lost in my weight loss journey. So, I bought a new scale. According to this, Today's readings are: 254 lbs BMI-34.6 Body fat-33.2% Muscle-31% Visceral fat - 16

Your should include all the numbers you listed, including weight with your new scale and system. Goodluck with your new program!

Definitely! I'm less worried about what the scale says about my weight right now and more concerned what it says about my overall health

The scale is just one measure, there are measures. You may find a surprising initial gain on the scale when you start lifting as your muscles adjust and hold on to water. However, gotta say great job on the weight loss, give that scale it's due! :)
