I leaned more towards higher calorie foods this week which meant I didn't have balanced meals. Tomorrow is my cleanse day which means I will be back on my normal track.
At the community center where I work, they started having their noon open swim times without the waterslide turned on so now I can swim laps two days a week.
It's always good to break up your exercise routine so your body doesn't get used to what you're doing. That helps to keep from having plateaus.
