I was looking at the stats this morning and my fat loss is just under 7kg so far. I have been carting around a bag of dog food or pocket of potatoes in pure fat! 🤯
Imagine going for a run or doing CrossFit while carrying a pocket of potatoes. No wonder I was dying each time I skipped for a week.
