I've lost weight with them (WW) before and I actually started up again with them on Friday. I've lost 9 lbs since then. Hopefully, I can keep it up. Maybe even be at 200 lbs by the time I hit my 25th Birthday. That's the hope, anyway. The whole reason I got so heavy this year was because my granpa was sick and then he died in February. Maybe this is what I need to get back on track and using all sorts of crazy diets isn't going to help. Weight Watchers and exercise is all I need.
