I feel like weight loss is extremely slow. Have to learn to increase my Fat and decrease carbs as per lchf guideline in order to get into ketosis.

Whatever you do, just don't give up the fight. Remember that health and fitness is a journey, sometimes slow, but the pay-off is well worth the trip. I have no doubts that you can do this!

Healthy weight loss is relatively slow, but it's also sustainable and so much better for you in the long run than trying to drop too much at once. You're actually losing very well, down almost 10lbs in about 3 weeks, so nice job!

Yes, I too agree. Slow and steady is way better than fast and regain. As long as you are following your eating plan and weight is coming off, you are doing great. Weight lost slowly doesn't come back as quickly and won't come back at all unless you change your eating habits.
