Lost a pound. Not bad considering my choices lately. Not the best. I’m like a yo yo. That’s ok. I’m giving myself leeway to be a human.
49.9 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
