I had knee surgery and had to spend time recovering rather than moving. This is a very difficult shift for me. On the positive side, intermittent fasting is still helping me and I am confident that when I get moving again, I will begin losing weight again. The more I lose, the happier my knees will be and I want to ensure I can still be very active in my retired years (only 3 to go!! Woo hoo!)
