I know I haven’t been posting in a while but that’s because I hate counting calories. I learned very quickly how to calculate them so I could eat just enough to stay in deficit. That’s part of it being a lifestyle change, right? You’re not supposed to count calories your whole life. Anyway, almost another 2 kilos down!
