we weight went down again due to lack of good nutrition, bad sleep habit , no boosting performance good morning routines. which made me took a dicision for install new habits and good nutrition info , Planning the new week with new recipes
69.5 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you guys. Yeah i was 72 and i went down to 69 ... I am hard gainer .. not to mention stress plays crucial role on decreasing your weight .. My goal iw to hit 75. Since it would be my excellent shape type. Aince Iam 175 cm height .. . Aiming for building muscle uaing chris heria Thenx , Heira pro apps. Thanks again for warming me up
