When my routine is disturbed I find it hard to focuss on my excerise and calorie intake/nutrition, I am somewhat of a loner I run with my dog Girr and spend most of my time alone, when I spend time with others it seems their habits and routine interrupts mine, it seems most people are far more resistant to my way of life and are insistent that I back off and not force my routine's on them, most often they take the "Oh come on live a little" or "We do not have time for a run or walk" you name it they have ways of belittling you and making YOU feel the fool, it can be so irritaing and can be damaging to you achieving healthy goals
