Let's try to keep this going!! The therapeutic is working, the extreme hunger side effect is annoying. It's sheer willpower to not eat everything in sight!!!

How true. I'm actually surprised, though I was starving earlier, I ate a normal breakfast and it seemed to satisfy me. So, hopefully the hunger won't be as bad today. My elbow tendonitis is healing quickly now, I expect I can return to my shoulder raises in a week or so, albeit at a lighter weight, to help strengthen things.
