Something must be wrong. I have been counting calories and eating healthy since January 25th. And so far, I have lost only 2.5 kg. Unbelievable!   After four months, hardly any progress has been made. What am I doing wrong? I have no motivation left. I can’t figure out what my body needs. I have always been a calorie- and diet-conscious person. Earlier, I experienced fairly rapid weight loss even without sports. I had to include sports for the first time, but it seems that even that is ineffective. I have very little patience. Will try my best to put up with this a bit longer.
59.4 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Have you considered speaking to a dietitian? It may be covered by your insurance. From my understanding, weightloss is 80% diet, 20% lifestyle. There may be an issue with your foods nutritional value, you may have lowered your calories too much, too many carbs for your activity level, not enough water… maybe even your sleep pattern could be the problem. I would start by reviewing my diet and water intake then check my sleep patterns and activity levels. (I’m no expert, this is just information I’ve absorbed during my journey)
