Sooo My boyfriend went home to florida to visit family for two weeks. WHAT are some meals you can make for 1?? ANYONE?? :-)
65.6 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

steak, with some mushrooms and frozen veggies are awesome for getting 1 person servings and then you just keep the rest of the bag in the freezer till you want another serving.

Hamburgers. Make them for dinner and save 1 for lunch. Tuna & mayo on lettuce wraps are good. Salads. You can eat breakfast. Eggs, bacon. I make boneless chicken breasts, 1 for dinner and 1 for my lunch salad the next day.

I make a bunch of hamburgers and chicken breasts on Sundays and they last me the week. Each day I add something different to the burgers to mix it up. Chicken sandwiches, chicken on salads, etc...,.
