Finally got my wife, Laura, to at least try an Asylum workout with me. She ended up hating me and Shaun T at the end; but she got a good workout so it was worth it :)

72.8 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
