So, I've steadily been GAINING weight! Not the direction I'm wanting to go. hopefully (at least) some of the weight is muscle, as I started going to the gym in early March. I guess instead of relying on weight, I will monitor how a couple of "select" pairs of pants fit me on a weekly basis. though, just for some insurance, I'm going to lower my RDI a little.
