I ate all my favorite foods today without going out to eat and staying within my limits. I won’t count calories forever but I am taking this time to educate myself on what portions are and what I can do to make myself full without overdoing the calories. I had a workout this morning and now I am going to walk for a little bit but this is definitely a great start.
Let’s see if I get out of the 120s by the middle of May. After that, get out of the 100s by the end of summer 💪 Let’s go!!!!
