We made it to 125 💪💪💪 Numbers on the scale help for the first part of my journey because I do have a lot of fat tissue to burn. However, the “goal weight” is something that is subject to change. Once I see the strong body I like in the mirror then THAT is my goal weight and I don’t care if it’s higher than I expected 💯
