Maybe it's not time to look at macros....the hypertrophy that nailed my shoulders (they went from barely there to holy cow in 8 days) is now hitting my chest. Noticeable increase in thickness, and it's SOLID. Shoulders are still developing, too, rear delts are getting bigger and more defined, and my traps are solid.
