Another weekend away, and Easter. Luckily I’m not bothered about chocolate. Eating out and still managing to keep weight under control but finding it hard. Still trying to find a balance between maintaining/ losing another couple of kg and feeling confident that I won’t pile on a load of weight. This is the hard bit! I’ve upped my daily calorie allowance from 1,200 to 1,350 in an attempt to maintain. It’s an experiment so I’ll see how it goes.
