So yesterday's food was much closer to what I'd like to be eating all the time. Minimal processed foods. I did notice some mental hunger pangs after dinner but managed largely to resist. I'm not sure how sustainable a diet like that might be, but I'll keep doing it and see how it goes.
101.4 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 31.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
