Ate pretty heavy yesterday for my workout, but I continue to build muscle, especially in my shoulders, and now my laterals are coming along for the ride.
151.3 kg Lost so far: 28.3 kg.    Still to go: 60.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
