No lunch seems to drop the weight. Will run 10 km today and be "back on track".
57.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week

One hundred and 20 lbs is my midway goal. My final goal is 115. I eat protein for breakfast and dinner so I am not concerned. Thanks for the suggestion. When I do my 90 minute long walk today I will take a peanut butter & jam sandwich with lots of water. I listen to my body. I finished the 10 km jog/run very strong. That tells me I am doing OK. Cheers!
