I was doing so well and making progress, then something out of control happens and throws me off. I can't help that I lost my job, but I'm also sad that I lost my progress. I don't do well with stress, which sends me into a loop of bad decisions and feeling like a loser over and over again. which leads to chocolate and alcohol and repeat from the start 😔
77.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week

So sorry. Try to do some activity that pleases you. For me gardening and hydrogymnastics was and is the right therapy. Hydrogym is good because it is a group activity. I had to see a psychiatrist. Medicine is helping but those activities are doing the difference. I hope you feel better.

Choose sport. It really helps against chocolate, and against stress!! You can do it!

I do not know what works for you but for me, when i feel the hunger, i try to distract myself by doing some activity that takes my mind off the hunger. Get better soon.

Really you have all the red signals. I say choose the sports it’s always the better medicine. You can walk, run or something else to get better. I hope you can get better soon.

So sorry to read this words. But it was a bump on your road. Never give up on you, specially because you only have this life time. In life we have tons of options. Is importante to get the time you need to grief and learn from your mistakes. Concentrate on yourself, be honest with you and make reasonable decisions, go for your goals, write them down, read them every morning and in the end of the day think about what you did in order to accomplish them. Sometimes we are too harsh on our selves, stop think & act. Be proud of what you have accomplished till now, and build a new life 4 U. Now is you time. There is only one now! Be brave & go for it. Every day is a new beginning a new opportunity in life to be better! To be happy, to be you 😘

Get out, start search for a new job, earth is big.. you have a lot of places to find one. Get fresh hair.if you need talk to a doctor and a nutritionist. You are not alone
