I fluctuate a lot based on water and time of day. I always trust the weigh ins first thing in the morning. Just remember that if you're losing too fast when weighing yourself at the same time everyday, it will be harder to keep it off. Good luck!

i always weight myself in the morning. Never had a loss off 4.5lbs from one day to the other, it's crazy
