Finally broke through my silly 185.5 seems i have been floating between that and 190 for months now. I am pretty happy to be past that, and looking forward to moving on.
I haven't started any huge exercise program yet, just my walking and eating raw. Which i am really enjoying. I still can't believe I dont have the cravings ect.
