MY YEARLY WEIGHT LOSS IS … 28.7 kg! That’s 63 lb or 4 1/2 stone 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 woo hoo! That brings my total weight loss 6 1/2 stone. Size 22 to size 10-12. To say I’m delighted is an understatement! I am 50 next month and have MS (multiple sclerosis), which means I have mobility issues and use sticks and a wheelchair. My exercise is limited. I’ve done this through keeping a food diary on fat secret, calorie counting (1000-1200 a day) and low carb (under 100g per day). If I can do it ANYONE ANYWHERE EVER can do it! That means 🫵 you! ✊🏼😂😂. I’d like to lose half a stone more … but tonight it’s a low carb Indian takeaway and Pepsi max to celebrate. xxx
