Well I have decided to come back and give it a try again. Things started to get so hectic with work and summer events that healthy living went by the waist side ( a few pounds to the waist that is) Iam gona be real cause I know with it being summer I won't stick 100% but Iam taking a cruise in Oct and want to look great. So wish me luck
