明天放假一天,
所以今天下班就有吃早餐,
帶了厚豬法包+胚芽鮮奶茶,
開動!

至於體重,
每天都減0.1,
好像也蠻不錯的?
但今晚好像會吃宵夜說…
怎麼辦呢?
