Still sticking to the non-fat, non-sugar regimen. Only type of bread - rye. No cheese, butter, sugar. Grilled food as far as possible, and smoothies for breakfast or lunch.
83 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.0 kg a Week
