My new treadmill qrrived this morning 😊 so tested it out on a 4 mile run 🏃‍♂️ loved it but it was hard work as i haven't ran or exercised like i used to and i have gained weight too so it wasn't easy but i did it 💪
72.0 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
