Yes!!! I was a little disappointed in my small weight loss last week, even though I thought that I did very well. This week I was afraid to even weigh myself, because I went off the rails a few times and had some ice cream and pancakes. Imagine my surprise when I weighed myself today! I'm very happy with that drop. A lesson learned, weight loss doesn't follow a steady pattern. I'll try to remember that next time when the scales don't show what I want to see. I can't let that discourage me and drive me to eat the wrong foods. If I keep going, I will get rewarded eventually.
