Had a great workout tonight. Lots of personal bests, and better yet, was able to power through a 3 hour full body workout with no food in me. Do not fear supplements. Essential Amino Acids are legit, but don't spend cheap. I use PerfectAmino from BodyHealth, and it's made all the difference.
164.3 kg Lost so far: 15.3 kg.    Still to go: 73.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
