I am getting in more calories and the weight is still coming off.. I don't care if it's a lb at a time, as long as it comes off.. Now to cook breakfast and in an hr doing my Jillian 30 day shred, day 5.. =o)
99.3 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 31.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
