I knew it! I knew I'd stay this same. This challenge has made me realize I do need the scale on a daily basis or every other day until I reach my goal. Last weekend is definitely what threw me off though. This weekend, not so bad! Although i think the scale would've gone down if i hadn't had that soft pretzel and beer at the Britney concert last night! lol! oh well! i'm still healthy and look better than I have in a long time!</P><P>Have a great day!

Thanks, Erika! The concert was great! I've seen her in the past, so I knew she'd lipsync, but the whole show in general was amazing! The set, the dancers, etc.

I find that not weighing everyday is what kills it for me. I start thinking I have a little cheat room when I don't weigh. Then I will get scared to weigh and go off the scales for 4 days or so and there I will be 5 pounds heavier. Not happening to me again!! Scales are your friends, trust someone who's been at this for 3 years.

Erika is right. Well now that the strike is over you can go back to your ways and weigh in daily. Hopefully you like what you see after you flush everything out with water!! xoxoxo.
