Weight has always been a tricky concept. The term "skinny fat" is something usually reserved for conversations in personal training circles. This is where someone might be skinny, but due to a lack of muscle mass they have a higher bodyfat percentage.
This is always my concern, to see people lose weight, especially if they under-eat, which then negatively impacts not only the metabolism but also eventually quality of life or physical performance metrics, if you will.
We always advise to rather than merely looking at the scale, also acknowledge things like, energy levels, fat percentage, how do you look in the mirror, do your clothes fit better... (you could gain weight and be noticeably leaner and toned with reduced centimeters)
Once again, thank you guys for being awesome. Blessings for your health, wealth and love.
Regards Rudolph
