Oh the holidays are so difficult. and I miss my kids so badly.

Yes, they are difficult both emotionally and with food temptations. You need to get back on plan. You want to live a long healthy life so you can be around for your kids and yourself. The first step is to get to a healthy weight. Take this time to focus on yourself. Do nice things for yourself. Get a manicure or have a spa day if you can afford it. Buy a nice workout outfit. Get a new workout dvd or try a something new. There's Zumba, yoga, etc. Take a cooking class. Do things that make you happy. I hope you see your kids soon. Good luck!
